Our starting point is that an effective HR Strategy is more than a collection of HR tools, processes and procedures. It is an integral part of corporate strategy, led by the same business or operational goals, informed by the same data and managed by the same people. It is not simply the responsibility of the HR function. An effective HR Strategy engages everyone in the organisation in the pursuit of common goals with a clear sense of what is required of him or her. It builds on the talent, knowledge, skills and experience of people. It reinforces drive, enthusiasm and motivation. Our style of consulting is advisory, facilitative, participative and action-oriented. We do not write books disguised as reports; nor do we simply recommend and walk away. |

We prefer to work alongside our client in joint teams to bring about practical change and assessable improvement. We do this at a pace appropriate to the organisation. We believe in transferring our knowledge and skill to our clients so they may continue the work after we have left. Each organisation is different; so are its people, its challenges and its opportunities. There can be no off-the-shelf solutions. We work with each client to develop a process of analysis, diagnosis, engagement, solution development, implementation and support appropriate to each situation. |
