Human Resource Strategy Ltd is a small group of highly experienced, independent consultants who work together cooperatively. We have a wide range of skills and capabilities in people strategy, processes and plans, in organisation culture, behaviour change, organisation development, group dynamics, teambuilding, facilitation, communications, knowledge management and leading change. We are practical business professionals who have had experience in management, strategy, operations, finance, HR, IT and other functional areas before we became consultants. Some of us have been HR Directors. Like most senior managers, we have had to work on these people issues ourselves. |
